Use PLC or synchronous controller to control the speed of the drive roller frequency converter, while also serving as the linear speed signal for other frequency converters. S350 closed-loop tension control (inductive vector control) easily achieves constant tension during acceleration and deceleration, saving space for installing tension rollers and reducing mechanical costs. At the same time, high-precision control ensures highly uniform coating effects.
3. The dual station unwinding and rewinding system has a pre drive function, which can meet the needs of high-speed non-stop automatic roll changing and improve production efficiency. At the same time, accurate winding control can avoid poor winding in the form of a vegetable heart, resulting in better winding effect.
